We accept payments via credit cards or direct deposit. If you chose to pay by direct deposit, you will find our banking details at the bottom of your invoice when your order has been sent through to us. We ask that you use your invoice number as a reference and send a proof of the transaction to
We work with Fastway Couriers to have all our online deliveries sent off efficiently and in excellent condition. If you are worried you will not be home to physically receive your order, you can let us know of a safe place at your home where your bags can be placed.
Online orders when paid for on the day of ordering are dispatched the same afternoon with Fastway Couriers. All paid orders are dispatched in no more than 3 business days usually. If your order happens not to arrive within the expected time frame, you can always give us a call on 02 8606 2787 so we can track your orders’ location.
