We want you to love everything you order from A La Carte, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from receiving your food to initiate a return. The food must be in its original container and over 50% full. Please note we cannot accept under any circumstances returns that are contained in other bags, tubs, etc. Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you’re responsible until the item is delivered and inspected.
