Returns & Refunds policy
This policy has been established to give you the peace of mind knowing if your pet does not enjoy your food, subject to the policies below, OEM Pet Care Australia PTY LTD (A La Carte) will happily offer a refund, within 7 days.
What will happen:
Contact our team via phone or email/return the food to our warehouse
Talk to our members about your pet’s feeding experience
Get your money back within 7 days of contacting us or we’ll help you find a suitable replacement
Terms & conditions
Money Back within 7 Days Guarantee applies within the 7 days of purchase from OPCA
You must be able to produce a proof of purchase
For product replacement, it must be of lesser or equal value
OPCA has the right to rescind this offer based on previous transaction history
This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
To file a refund
Call or email OEM Pet Care Australia PTY LTD and provide your name, contact details, reasons of refund and proof of purchase

Do I need to show receipts to return or refund a product?
If you are returning an A La Carte product you will need to provide;
The tax invoice you received with your purchase
A printed copy of the order confirmation email that you received when placing your order online;
or another acceptable proof of purchase.
If you are returning a product via courier, send an email for processing and include
Your name, contact details, invoice number
description of the product being returned
Include proof of purchase in the courier package.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. If the failure is not considered to be major, any cost incurred by you in returning the product to us will be borne by you.
